How to Cream Contour & Highlight Flawlessly

Like I said in my previous post on contouring and highlighting, I do not usually use cream contour. Although I am not a fan of cream contouring per se, there is a way to make it look very natural and as “flawless” as possible! I learned this from Wayne Goss so believe me it works πŸ˜‚

It’s worth mentioning that I used a shade only two shades darker because I didnt want it to be too harsh. Also I only contoured the lower part of my nosebridge because I have a triangle-shaped nose meaning the upper part is already too narrow as it is. Instead, I highlighted the upper portion near the inner eye corner to bring it forward and even it out. You can also add contour to your temple and forehead which I didn’t and opted to use powder bronzer in that area instead.

I did this BEFORE foundation and then applied foundation over it. After foundation, I did the rest of my liquid makeup like concealing and then set that with powder as in the video. After powder, I did the rest of my powder makeup – eyeshadow/eye makeup, powder blush, powder highlight, powder bronzer like this – then finished off with lipstick.

You will look contoured without looking like you contoured. πŸ˜‰
